Troubleshooting error codes

The pump is waiting for sufficient power to pump. This will occur each morning and evening. The pump will try and start every minute. |

Indicates the button has been pressed |
|
The pressure sensor has detected that the tank is full. The pump will wait for 30 minutes before trying to pump again. If you wish to override this idle time then switch the ignition off and then back on again. |
|
The float switch has detected that the intake is low. The pump will resume pumping as soon as the float switch detects sufficient water again. To deactivate the float switch, just unplug it. |
|
The pump has experienced a critical error and stopped to protect itself. Please check the Error LED, resolve the fault, and ensure you have noted the error in your logbook or phone so you have a record before clearing the error. The pump will not restart until the error LED has been cleared. |

The pump is currently experiencing a temperature out of bounds and is waiting to recover. The pump will start pumping again once the temperature returns to within normal boundaries. Please check the Error LED, resolve the fault, and ensure you have noted the error in your logbook or phone so you have a record before clearing the error. |

The Pump has stopped due to low oil level. Check for oil leaks and replace damaged seals before topping up the oil to the top of the sight glass using SAE 15W40 oil. |

Oil change due. First oil change is at 50 hours and then every 500 hours after that. |
Error LED

The pressure sensor has failed. Please check the cable for visible damage before replacing the pressure sensor. You can run the pump with the pressure sensor deactivated if you remove the ballcock from the tank. See “Disable pressure sensor above) |

The internal temperature sensor has failed. Please contact your dealer for a replacement/repair. The pump will continue to run without this sensor but will not be fully protected from overheating and/or stalling. Warranty may be void if left in this state. |

The pump head temperature sensor has failed. Please contact your dealer for a replacement/repair. The pump will continue to run without this sensor but will not be fully protected from sucking air which can overheat and damage the seals. Warranty may be void if left in this state. |
|
The pump has stalled. The pump will wait for 30 minutes and reattempt 3 times per day and then will stop permanently if the stalling persists. After 3 stalls in one day the pump will not restart until the error has been cleared. |

The pump experienced a sub 2°C temperature. The pump will wait to warm up before attempting to pump. Please read the user manual for ways to protect your pump from freezing events. |

The pump experienced a sub 0°C temperature. The pump will wait to warm up before attempting to pump. The pressure sensor is easily damaged if frozen so may need replacing. Please read the user manual for ways to protect your pump from freezing events. |

The pump has an intake air leak. Check the intake hose is correctly installed and not damaged or leaking at a loose fitting. The pump will take 6 minutes to recognise that it is sucking air. The pump will wait for 30 minutes and reattempt 3 times per day and then will stop permanently if the air leak persists. After 3 events in one day the pump will not restart until the error has been cleared. |

The pump head has overheated and will wait until it has cooled down before resuming pumping. This is usually caused by running the pump dry. Check the intake. It can sometimes also occur if water in the suction hose is exposed to full summer sun. |
