If your RP1 or RP2 pump is still spinning but not pumping water, it likely has one or both of these issues:

• Worn wet side seals
• Damaged, stuck, or debris-jammed head valves

Easy Brass Head Exchange (NZ Customers Only)

Instead of sending your entire pump back for servicing, you can opt for a brass head exchange—a 2.5kg replacement part that fits in an A4 courier bag.

How It Works:

1. Order a reconditioned brass head with new seals and valves from the dropdown menu.
2. We test it on our bench pump to ensure 100% functionality before shipping.
3. Once received, simply swap out your old brass head—this takes less than 5 minutes.
4. Apply anti-seize copper grease to the 8 head bolts to prevent rusting.
5. Return your worn brass head using the same packaging, along with a copy of your invoice or invoice number.
6. Return within 14 days to avoid a $150 surcharge.

📦 Return shipping cost: Typically $10–$20 (paid by the customer).
