React Pump Service Ticket

Please purchase this React Pump Service Ticket when you want to return a pump to us for any reason. This ensures we get your details and your instructions correct.

The cost of this ticket covers the labour component of unboxing, testing and reboxing. If you have a valid warranty claim this fee will be refunded.

This rate table shows the price of a service and the prices for the main parts of the pump to be replaced. All prices exclude GST and return freight.

To return a React Pump 1 please:

• Drain oil and fit the travel bung. If you fail to do this and oil leaks during freight you will need to pay a cleaning surcharge and you could be liable for paying to clean the courier vehicle.
• Remove fairing and any pipe fittings - do not return these items.
• Screw pump base to a piece of scrap plywood – this is important, the base will get bent if you fail to do this.
• Pack in a robust cardboard box with plenty of packaging and ensure total packed mass is <25kg.
• Write the following Information on the package:
• Pump serial number
• Your name and return address in full (we cannot send to P.O. box numbers)
• contact phone/cell number and/or email.

To return a React Pump 2 please: 

• Drain oil and fit the travel bung. If you fail to do this and oil leaks during freight you will need to pay a cleaning surcharge and you could be liable for paying to clean the courier vehicle.
• Disconnect pump pipework at the mac unions. Keep the half of the mac union not attached to the pump and keep the silicone washers somewhere safe.
• Leave the pump attached to the aluminium base and return it without the fairing. 
• Pack in a robust cardboard box with plenty of packaging and ensure total packed mass is <25kg.
• Write the following Information on the package:
• Pump serial number
• Your name and return address in full (we cannot send to P.O. box numbers) 
• contact phone/cell number and/or email.

Freight service provider notice:

Please note that courier companies and New Zealand Post generally deliver daily to our RD1 property address.

However, trucking companies such as Mainfreight and similar providers do not deliver directly to our property. In such cases, goods are typically held at the New Plymouth depot. This often causes delays, and items may remain there for two to three weeks until we are informed and are able to collect them.

We only return goods by Aramex courier when they are packaged in cartons weighing 25 kg or less, and we strongly recommend that you do the same.

If goods are not delivered directly to our property, we reserve the right to charge a collection fee, regardless of who is at fault.
