React Pump Spare Pump

$ 649.00 NZD

The React pump is a very durable product. The triplex ceramic pump can be fully serviced with consumable parts available on this website or through your dealer.

Some clients who need to service their React pump may decide to swap the body over and service the removed body as time allows - we think this is a good option.

When the day comes that you finally wear it out (or forget to replace the oil after a service that damages it) you can simply bolt on a new pump body.

In NZ labour costs are high, the cost to fully strip down a pump body and replace all bearing services would take 1 person day plus parts, hence it is not economic to provide for this level of servicing. Once you have a crank, big-end or small-end bearing failure the pump body is effectively scrap - unless you enjoy such tasks.

All the wearing parts are in the pump body, so if you replace the body it will be as good as new.

There are 4 options in the drop-down menu.

  1. If you just need a pump that you are driving with your own motor or engine for your own R&D project, then buy the 1st option without the smart drive splined shaft fitted and without the smart drive motor mounting adaptor. The pump has a 24mm ID key-wayed hole 50mm long.
  2. If you have a 1st generation React Pump 1 (RP1) (or the earlier SHP-TX) and want a new pump body that fits, then order the 2nd option with the shaft as seen in the picture.
  3. If you have an RP2 or wish to upgrade an RP1 with the packed head option, then purchase this option in the menu. Note that if you upgrade an RP1 to a packed head then the body fairing will no longer fit and will have to be modified to allow for this extra width. If you want to pack the pump head yourself then you need this kit. Click here for instructions on how to modify your installation so the RP1 fairing will still fit.
  4. If you just need a pump that you are driving with your own motor or engine for your own R&D project and wish to have the packed head version, then buy the 4th option without the smart drive splined shaft fitted and without the smart drive motor mounting adaptor. The pump has a 24mm ID key-wayed hole 50mm long.
  5. Same as option 3, but with the addition and a set of stainless-steel quick release fittings (as standard on the RP2 design). These fitting are far superior to those supplied with the RP1 design.
